Whether you’re gearing up for try-outs, maintaining during the off-season or looking to advance your technical skills, East Side Athletic Training offers weekly group training sessions, sport-specific private & semi-private lessons, monthly clinics and team training with elite trainers that specialize in maximizing strength, speed and agility to boost your athletic output on the field.

Step One: Fitness Evaluation
A one-hour session focused on mobility, stability and muscular strength to assess athletic ability and discuss training goals. Please come prepared to go through a series of functional movements so we can properly gauge your athletic needs.

Step Two: Unlimited Monthly Membership to Group Training Sessions
3-Month Unlimited Membership
$129 per month ($325 paid in full)
6-Month Unlimited Membership
$99 per month ($550 paid in full)
