East Side Athletic Training offers team training for middle school, high school and college teams. Training sessions are structured to maximize efficiency in the specific sport by increasing athletic power, preventing injury, and increasing linear and lateral strength. Prior to the start of a team program, our trainers meet with the team’s coaches to customize a plan and ensure we are targeting the team’s desired needs. At the start of training we’ll establish a baseline for each athlete’s performance and report performance improvement data throughout the length of the program that can then be used to ensure the team maintains their athletic levels throughout their season.
