Darren has over a decade of coaching experience working with athletes across a multitude of disciplines including lacrosse, football, basketball, softball, baseball, swimming, wrestling & track. Darren strongly believes the most important pillar to great coaching is to never stop learning. He is constantly inspired by those around him including other coaches, peers & players and he strives to incorporate his learnings into his coaching style—keeping it fresh and ensuring his teams/players are always going above and beyond. This philosophy stems from having parents that were both educators and coaches themselves.

B.S. Kinesiology, USSF National ‘D’ License, NSCAA National Diploma and CSCS certified. Alessandro is a former Division III collegiate athlete, having spent time playing at Penn State Altoona before transferring to Penn State where he earned his degree in Kinesiology, Movement Science. Ciarla is the Head of Performance at Arrington Training & Development and brings his knowledge and experience to bolster all East Side Athletes in their respective arenas.

Julian Sisman is an NSCA- and NASM-certified personal trainer with years of experience inspiring people and driving them to become their strongest selves. As the founder and trainer of Prepare for Performance, he emphasizes his philosophy of strength conditioning as a method of improving speed, agility, and endurance.
